Provide an annual Employee Benefits Manual. This package outlines current levels of government benefits including EI, CPP, and provincial Medicare. It also summarizes current legislation on maternity/parental leave, statutory notice periods, and compassionate care leave. Other articles on timely issues relating to employee benefits and human resources are included.

Plan and deliver employee education meetings to promote employee involvement and educate consumers.
